Summer Lasalle Campus C Phase 1

Summer Lasalle Campus C Phase 1 is dedicated to developing its buildings and surrounding spaces with sustainability at the core. Our goal is to create a high-quality work environment that promotes occupant well-being while minimizing long-term environmental impact. The project is currently pursuing TREES-CS Version 1.1 certification, one of Thailand’s leading green building standards.

TREES-CS (Thailand Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability – Core and Shell Building) evaluates energy and environmental sustainability specifically for core and shell developments. It focuses on energy efficiency, responsible resource use, effective environmental management, and improving the overall quality of life for building occupants.

Aligning with the TREES-CS framework reflects the commitment of Summer Lasalle Campus C Phase 1 to build workspaces that go beyond business needs. We aim to balance economic growth, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship to deliver long-term value for our tenants, occupants, and the surrounding community.
