Data Rights Request

1. Description

For personal data collected, used, or disclosed by BHIRAJ BURI Group (“BHIRAJ BURI Group” or “we”), the data subject may exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (including any amendments thereto) (the “Personal Data Protection Act” or “PDPA”) by submitting this request together with the supporting documents as specified in this request form. The request shall be completed through the online form and must be accompanied by accurate and complete identity verification documents.

2. Details of the Data Subject

  • Please complete the information below (for the benefit of BHIRAJ BURI Group in contacting you regarding your request and for the purpose of identifying the personal data pursuant to Clause 3.1).

  • If you have changed your title, name, or surname, please provide supporting documents evidencing such change as proof of such amendment.

  • BHIRAJ BURI Group will use the information provided by you in this request for the purpose of identifying you and the personal data in respect of which you have exercised your rights. In this regard, we may request additional information from you for the purpose of verifying your identity and your legal authority.

3. Exercise of the Data Subject’s Rights

  • Please provide details regarding your request to exercise your rights by selecting the relevant data subject rights.

  • BHIRAJ BURI Group may contact you to request additional information if your request is unclear or if you have not provided sufficient information for us to consider and respond to your request.

  • In the event that BHIRAJ BURI Group is required to send or transfer personal data to the data subject pursuant to this request to exercise rights, and the address or email address of the data subject as specified in Clause 1 does not correspond with the information collected by BHIRAJ BURI Group, we reserve the right not to proceed with such action until it is reasonably verified that such address or email address belongs to the data subject.

  • For the benefit of the data subject, whose personal data BHIRAJ BURI Group places importance on and is committed to protecting and securing, BHIRAJ BURI Group may refuse your request to exercise your rights in the following circumstances:

    1. The person submitting the request does not provide sufficient evidence to verify that they are the data subject or does not have the authority to submit such request, or where the company has not received complete and sufficient information to proceed with such request, in order to strictly protect the personal data of the data subject;

    2. The request is unreasonable, for example, where the person submitting the request does not have the legal right or where the personal data in question is not held by BHIRAJ BURI Group;

    3. The request is excessive, for example, where the request is repetitive or has the same nature or content without reasonable grounds; or

    4. BHIRAJ BURI Group is entitled to refuse your request in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and/or other applicable laws.

4. Acknowledgement

You have read and understood the contents of this request in detail and confirm that all information provided to BHIRAJ BURI Group is true and accurate. You acknowledge that our verification is conducted for the purpose of confirming your identity and protecting your personal data, and that the verification of your authority by BHIRAJ BURI Group is necessary for the processing of your request in order to protect the personal data of the data subject in accordance with the law. In this regard, we may request additional information from you to ensure that the processing of your request is accurate and complete. You hereby affix your signature as evidence.
